Are you insured when you send the same card/s?

  • card/s which is stored physically at LetsGradeCards ApS or a hotspot is insured via the customer's own contents insurance. Call your insurance company to find out more about your policy.
  • Insurance in all transport situations (incl. GLS) and when your card/s is at PSA can be purchased here: https://letsgradecards.dk/collections/forsikring 
  • card/s at PSA is insured, via the insurance you purchase on our website, and is calculated per card/s. This means that you have purchased insurance of DKK 1000 on your entire order with 10 card/s, insured each card/s for DKK 100 at PSA. Should an injury occur to your/yours card/s at PSA, you are compensated at fair market value, however up to your sum insured per card/s. 
  • If you use our "QR - Return/Return" system, it is required that you can document the contents of the package and that you are in possession of your receipt from GLS, which you receive when you hand over your package.
